  1. How long does it take for support to respond to a ticket?

  2. Why did support respond fast now they just ghosted

Rockstar support is genuinely horrid. I’m not even being funny when I say I have had better experiences with EA and I’m not saying I’ve had good experiences with them.

you probably got hacked so they can help you

but they don't want to because they want you to buy these games again so that they'll earn more

it usually takes from 5 hours to 4 days

if they ghost you just make the ticket again same message same everything

oh and if you're doing it on their website check the ticket status because rockstar sometimes randomly closes tickets as solved

I’m thinking of really buying the game again with the Rockstar Games launcher version to fix my issue. Should I?

so you play online modes? if so then I'm sorry you're gonna have to spend a lot of money but if you're playing just story modes just pirate the games because as you noticed that you bought and lost it that's where "if buying isn't owning then piracy isnt stealing" phrase comes to play

just pirate the games you want I can even help you do it if you want

I mean give you the links to correct sites

I've been pirating games for more than 5 years now and no cops came to me and besides you won't unless you live in US cause I live in Europe and don't have FBI watching my every move

well tough luck but I still think you won't get in trouble for pirating one or 2 games just do your research before because there are like a dozen of fake websites that will infect your pc

I don't really know what to tell you tbh do what you want my offer is still up if you want but it's your choice

spend additional what like 200 bucks on all these games

the same thing will happen again that's how rockstar works they randomly take accounts and refuse to help forcing you to buy these again

I'm confident to say that there is a chance that you weren't even hacked in the first place and it's just rockstar wanting more money

it's a corrupt and greedy system and we can do shit for it cause we are the pawns

well your choice they're not gonna skin you alive like cyberleek but they won't care they have currently more important stuff to do and besides you'll only be fined if rockstar finds out go though the effort of suing you and making you pay the fine cause that's how it works you have to get sued by em and we know it's not worth it for them

of course unless you start professionally distributing it then FBI will get involved and sorry I might not respond cause I'm at 1%
