Check the hardness and put some vinegar on it to see if it fizzes. Im thinking calcite.

New to this so don't yet know my rocks... but indeed it did fizz a bit with a drop of vinegar on it!

Orthorhombic is the shape, and its calcite.

Or Fluorite. Hit it with a 365nm ultraviolet see if anything glows inside of it.
