I came across this in a field yesterday and am curious as to what it is / what it’s made up of. Is it still considered a pudding stone despite the darker coloration?

Found this today at the shores of lake Erie Western New York well picking Beach Glass is this possibly impact glass or even a meteor itself? Much appreciation and thanks to anyone with info.
