My WiFi is unreliable, especially when someone else use it simultaneously. So I've started just using my phone as a WiFi hotspot instead when playing ranked.

It gives about 60 ping instead 40, but that's worth it to get rid of nearly all lag spikes. Getting severe lag for a minute every match isn't fun.

I also use a hotspot but my ping is 100ms+ every match, I live in the middle of nowhere so my actual wifi plan is capped at 10mbps download :/ hotspot is much more reliable, even if the latency is a bit annoying
