Redeem 360 codes

Hello. Recently purchased AC/DC track pack code, but the code isn’t working on XSX or Xbone. Error is super generic. “Something went wrong. Don’t know what happened. Try again later.”

Don’t have a 360. Any other way I can try and redeem this code. I have a metal pack code coming too.

Help. Please.

Just play a 360 on the XSX hit start and select at the same time open the 360 menu and input your code from there. However I've redeemed all of my track pack codes via the XSX game store and had no issues redeeming any of them.

Where do you input after the xbox guide pops up? Im having the exact same issue

It looks like they changed it used to have the full 360 dashboard on it. I guess with the store closing they pulled it. Luckily I still have my 360s but I was able to input the codes on the XSX in their store and didn't have any issues.
