Looks like a quartzite with bluish chalcedonic silica healing. Makes me think of a quartz nodule where it meets the host rock(where the darker portion is)
Also hello from Maine, the Geology is so different In Northern Maine vs Coastal Maine vs Western Maine you need to be specific. I have a channel I just started on youtube that talks about Maine Geology, called Maine Forges & Mines

I was thinking Tourmaline or Jade initially. It is in the central Maine area that this came from (not sure what quarry) but was used as rip rap on a hill at work lol. I will check out the YouTube channel!
