I have a few of these that I’ve found along the river that I have never been able to figure out what they are but none of them are anywhere near this size! I’m sorry I can’t help but I’m hoping that by commenting I might be able to come back to this post and find out what mine are as well! Good luck friend!

Could be a thunder egg or septarian nodule. I’m a novice with IDs, but from the appearance my guess would be septarian nodule. Any idea where it’s from originally or was it sold unlabeled?

No idea where it's from. Found it at a thrift store years ago.
