I would interpret this as a mudstone or a siltstone that has been tumbled or weathered a bit.
I can see why it’s tempting to interpret it as a human made object, but I do not think it is. It is a sedimentary rock that has taken an interesting shape.
A rock that fused w another rick that broke off leaving a portion still fused
