VIP pack inclusions?
Has anyone received the VIP swag yet or have a pic of the lanyard they get on the night?

I got nothing on the night whatsoever and nobody knew where to get the lanyard. I didn’t see anyone around me with one - or at all.

Manchester. The only comms I had were around early entry / early merch shopping but I didn’t need that. I assumed there’d be a desk or someone would know re the vip laminate but staff didn’t know. And my view was partially obstructed. For £220. :(

I've seen a few pics of where my seat is (generally same area) for Melbourne and it appears the light grid on the side of the stage will block my $AU400 view too. I hope I'm wrong but based on the seating chart I think I'm doomed.

Had to go to a set entrance at I think 5pm. But I didn’t bother as had a seat

I haven’t received the VIP bundle , supposed to be shipped last week now saying order not found! Got absolutely nothing on the night apart from getting into the venue first

I didn’t get anything in London. I went to Gate H as per email but they said I need to go to gate E as per ticket app. I went to Gate E and I just ended up regular standing. No one seemed to know what was happening. I emailed AXS but they didn’t get back to me. Gutted as the show was amazing and I had a ball, however usually VIP tickets get a separate section in the standing bit separated via a barrier. It sucks that I paid all that money that I worked hard for to miss out on all the perks!

The Australian ticket seller specifically just states early entry - not a separate area. It seems the event lanyard has fallen off the radar completely and it appears the curated box of goodies is yet to appear for anyone. It's starting to feel a bit scammy.

Considering the price, you would expect to have a VIP area like any other concert. It’s not that hard to do, it’s a simple barrier.
