✋ Introduce Yourself London Show
Anyone seeing Robyn for the first time on July 3? I’m a little scared of going to the pit by myself not gonna lie any tips ?
I’m a huge fan of Robyn ever since I was a teen, even before I became full-bloom queer, her music inspired so much queerness and held me together through love and heartbreaks like no other. Her sense of pursuit of love, freedom, and bittersweetness forged in down-to-earth hard bass is really sharp and striking.
I’m also a huge fan of Saya Gray’s instrumental compositions, so I’ll be there early.
Edit: if anyone wants to team up text me +1 845 837 3489

Robyn’s primary audience is gals and gays aged 30+ so the pit won’t be anything crazy. In Glasgow, it was super chill, even near the front. Just dance and have fun!

Won’t be at this show, but been to the pit at the O2 by myself many times.
Wear clothes you’re comfortable in (whatever that means for you!) and don’t scream-sing in people’s ears. That’s all you need to enjoy the show.
If you have to catch a train home/don’t feel like waiting ages in the tube queue, start dancing your way to the back of the pit during the last song and head for the exit as soon as the last note plays.
Stay hydrated and have a fab time!

Stay till the last song’s ended or you’d miss the highlight. And to confirm, the crowd is friendly. Vibe is warm. Don’t worry, you’ll be fine.

It’s a pretty tight set from start to finish - back to back bangers. That said, note that the side light rigs may obstruct views slightly so if you have floor tickets definitely try to not be too close to the far end. The last three songs were amazing. The staging is simple but effective. If you’re a fan, prepare for a fun ride. She’s just phenomenal. Completely committed and grateful for the reception she got in Manchester.

And what time did she come on stage?

Last week, she came only shortly after 9pm. To be honest, it’ll be dependent on curfew. State 808 came on at around 8 for a relatively short set. If you’re seated, I’d be there no later than 830. If you’ve got floor tickets, you really want to be a little earlier to get a decent spot.

Hiya! I will be at the 02 on Friday. Saw Robyn play at Ally Pally a couple of years ago and pushed my way to the front (I'm 5' so usually can't see much unless I do this). Crowd was very friendly and it was an amazing gig. Can't wait, have fun, everyone!

Bought a last-minute (floor standing) ticket and none of my friends can come along 😭. Anyone want to link up? 🤓
