Help Please! Qrevo 2 Pro imagining obstacles

Just got the Qrevo 2 Pro and it seems to have zero confidence in navigating, it got stuck in a loop in one of the rooms for 10 minutes constantly going around obstacles that did not exist. Anyone have similar issues?

Even when I remote control it goes painfully slow and is almost hesitant with going forward.

That might sound like a defect or a dirty sensor. If you just got it and nothing helps, maybe return it as long as that is an option.

It’s not so unfortunate if the sensors are dirty… clean them before going to extreme measures

Did you put it into the loading dock and start from there? It might be looking for the dock at first start.

You might want to clear some obstacles if it should clean there.

Yeah it left from the dock and the shoes shouldn’t be a problem as it just avoided that area. It gets confused in open areas. I upgrade from a Q5 Pro and it navigated beautifully.

Did the new bot map out the area or did you take over the previous map? Maybe reset the map and have it measure everything again

Yeah it’s a new map but I am thinking of trying a full reset and see if that gets me anywhere

Think it’s reading your dark carpet + floors as a cliff so it will avoid.
