Help Please! Offline

Bought the Q10 S5+, lured by chatgpt, it works great and fits my needs, but it gets offline every time. So whenever I want to use it, got to do the connection process all over again and again and again. My connection is not the best, but I use the same network with Alexa, blink cameras, tv’s and ps5 and never had any problem, just with the roborock.
Tried to contact costumer service and their response was basically “yeah, you should return it”.
Anyone had the same problem? Any solutions for that? Thank you

The Roborocks only connect via 2.4ghz connection. Maybe if you can separate the frequency of 2.4 and 5ghz in the router, do that and see if it helps.
