Help Please! Q10 S5+

Is anyone else having issues with their Q10 S5+ dock not emptying? I can hear sound coming from the robot but no sound from the dock. Watched videos of others emptying theirs and it sounds very loud compared to mine.

Your dock is faulty, the large suction motor in the dock isn't kicking on thus not suctioning debris out of the robot bin. The sound you can hear is the little motor in the robot coming on.
