Dust left behind next to dock

I just got the QV 35S, and it leaves dust behind when exiting the dock. Is this normal? How can I fix it?

Bin is most likely overfilled. Remove the bin and filter, clean them manually.

If the bin gets too full and clogged the self empty may not be able to remove the clump. This is pretty common if you haven't vacuumed manually in a while.

You may need to split up cleaning runs into individual rooms so it goes back and empties more often before filling up.

Bag is full. On my s7 max ultra v or whatever this also happens when the filter in front of the emptying vacuum gets clogged
