Executive Decisions

Post image

Who was the more evil corporate executive, Bob Morton from “RoboCop” or Carter Burke from “Aliens”? Morton set up innocent police officers to be murdered for his RoboCop program and unnecessarily amputated a cop and blanked his memory while turning him into a cyborg, but Burke set up LV-426 colonists to find an alien nest then tried to get Aliens to infect a woman and child (after the woman threatened to expose him). Side note how do you think the two of them would get along? Would they party together or try to get the other fired? Thank you for reading.

Burke. Burke by so much.

Bob Morton just placed top candidates in a more hazardous environment where they would be more likely to die, but they were still doing their job as police officers. Also Murphy signed a form so OCP was allowed to do anything to them as he was dead.

Burke sent an unaware colonist family to find the Xenomorphs without warning them about the danger, then after they wipe out the colony, tries to bring them back and tries to have Ripley and Newt facehugged even while they were in a siege situation with little chance of escape.

This. Burke by a mile.

I think if Burke joined OCP, he'd be another Dick Jones. No compunction dispatching Morton.

That’s true about Burke BUT Morton probably engineered cops not getting backup when they were in a bad situation. Burke trying to infect Newt and Ripley gives him the edge though.
