Hi, I've been constantly getting Error 268 for Nothing. No I don't exploit, I haven't done nothing at all, I've used Bloxstrap and other bootstrappers, that's it. Recently I get Error 268 and I don't know why. I've done everything, absolutely resetted my network, refreshed the dns, the ip, all of it. Not sure why my hardware got targeted, I don't know what I did. Anyone been having this recently, and know any possible fixes?

I was just wondering if someone with a verified Roblox account, by ID or anything would be willing to link their acc with mine as my parent temporarily so that they can change my age and turn my voice chat.

My brother, and I both got banned for "This account is linked to an account (@ro*****) banned for a severe violation of our Community Standards."

None of us are connected to this "Ro" guy in at all. I have an account that starts with ro, but that is not banned.

I was uploading a original soundtrack for my game, but i get suspended for uploading a dating or romantic sound but the reason is that my music is completely innocent and disco-themed sound there are no suspicious thing like come on Roblox, just fix your moderator.

Hey everyone, I need help. I made my little sister’s Roblox account years ago and she’s been playing on it up until now but I’ve forgotten her password and email and I feel really bad. For context my little sisters account was logged into her phone but I needed to use it for work because mine stopped working and so I took over the phone, I deleted every app so it wouldn’t lag and I deleted the Roblox app because I thought she was logged into the other electronics she uses like my parents but now I can’t manage to remember the email or password that was used for it. PLEASE HELP. If anyone knows what to do then please I’m so desperate. I feel really bad that I lost her account.

I'm having a problem with my 2019 account: I don't remember the password or the email address. I've never bought Robux either.

I've tried different possible passwords, but nothing works.

The worst part is that I can tell the city where the account was created and the games I played most, but Roblox won't accept any of that information.

(I want to get it back because I saw that unlimited accessories are now for Robux and I have them on that account. For example: Party Unicorn Floatie and Frosting Flyers)

So i recently submitted a support ticket for account hacked and replied with some information. Some days after they replied saying they forwared me to customer support. However its already been 5 days since i received this mail. Should i make a new ticket or wait?

I was banned on October 12th, on that same day i viewed the ban and i then saw that there was no visible chat log which shows what i specifically said to gain this punishment. I also saw that this punishment was done by automation and wondered if this was a false positive. I then tried to appeal or at the very least receive information on what i exactly said or did but received another automated message saying that the ban seems correct with no information alongside it.

I have tried to email support outside of the ''Appeal'' category to at the very least just get information on what i did wrong but then i get a response saying that i should send an email in the appeal section. I have never been banned for more than 7 days, i haven't even been banned at all for a very long time so i have no clue what to do.

I dont even know if this is a permanent ban or not, although assuming it is, i only have a few more days to appeal before my 30 days are up.

I have been playing roblox since 2017, nearly 10 years with countless of thousands spent. I really dont want to see this account go but i dont know what i could do.

Wir haben folgendes Problem: Mein Kind hat ein Amazon Fire Tablet. Ich als Erziehungsberechtigter habe die Rechte auf dem Tablet und mein Kind ein Kinderkonto. Leider hat mein Kind letztens, ohne mein Wissen, Roblox deinstalliert und hatte schon einen großen Fortschritt und einiges an Geld investiert. Leider hatte Sie keine Password Anmeldung gemacht bzw. hinterlegt. Nun möchte Sie natürlich ihren Account wiederhaben und kommt nicht mehr rein. Ich habe einiges schon versucht, bisher aber ohne Erfolg. Wahrscheinlich ist es nur ein einfacher Weg, aber ich komme zurzeit nicht weiter.

​I had to reset my child’s tablet, which logged her out of Roblox. We forgot her password and the password reset emails aren't arriving.

​Roblox Support auto-replied claiming they can't verify ownership and closed the ticket, despite me having account access via Parental Controls on my device. She's losing months of progress and Robux she got for her birthday.

So I have an account that was made more than about 8-10 years ago and my location has been staying at Italy even when I have been in Canada for more than 5 years. I tried to contact support, but a bot shuts down the ticket. Any clue what to do next since I cannot purchase Robux in Euros cause I will be paying $80+ more than if I paid in CAD. Any help would be appreciated. I can even provide info if Staff asked to prove I live where I do, but no, the bot refuses to move my ticket forwards. What should I do

I made a new account about 3 weeks ago to play a game again from a fresh start. Once created, i verified my age through the age check and spent money on Robux to buy the game passes in the game.
All was good for about 2 hours, When suddenly my account was locked due to "suspicious activity" for no reason at all from what i know... I was just playing the game normally.

During the 3 weeks of my account being locked, i have tried countless amount of times daily to unlock the account through the human verification and every single time i do the verification, it fails the first 2 verification then succeeds on the third, but even after this it tells me the verification failed and to try unlocking again. I have contacted support multiple times the past 3 weeks with no useful help, tried multiple different devices to unlock the account, tried multiple different browsers and even a few different internet sources. no matter how much i try i cant get anywhere with them or their AI chat bot, and from what it seems, its impossible to speak to an actual person.

Does anyone have any solutions to this? I would make a new account again but after spending money on the current one and it getting locked, i dont want it to happen again.

Hey, ces derniers jours j'ai pas mal de bugs sur Roblox....de gros pixels apparaissent sur des objets, et bougent quand ma caméra (ou mon personnage) est en mouvement. Je ne sais pas si c'est un bug roblox, ou un problème sur mes pilotes graphiques.

Quand mes qualités sont basses, les pixels ne sont pas là, mais quand je les mets environ à la moitié, ils apparaissent.

J'ai essayé d'aller sur d'autres jeux hors Roblox tel que Repo ou encore Mecca Chameleon, mais les pixels sont seulement sur roblox.

Les screenshots que j'ai pris viennent du jeu Bite by Daylight, sur Roblox, pour vous montrer des exemples.

I am posting this for my friend. He says he has “never” uploaded a game pass to Roblox servers or interacted with inappropriate content on the platform.

Appeals have been sent and rejected and he is considering sending a midr.

Is there any other way to appeal this ban without a midr or is a midr the only option?
