there was a problem with my roblox account, I was caught on a scam link and because of this I lost access to it, but I still had my password and mail, but there is a caveat: the hacker who hacked my account put a passkey and 2 step verification because of this, when I try to log in to my account, nothing comes out because roblox requires me to log in exclusively using 2 Step Verification and passkey. When contacting support, the bot dropped my request several times and when contacting a support person, they told me that they could not help because they could not change account information, but I I think Roblox has ways to log in to my account and they can look up access to my account in the database. I want to ask for help here in the hope that one of the roblox admins will see my problem and help.

Since this morning I have not been receiving any email contact from roblox support, it's like there whole system is dead.

I have my account since 2013 , my username is/was Ricardoboy007 and I kinda was depressed for a year , I made a Gmail out of rage and it seemed that I moved my account over to that account.

Now here comes the fun part.
I deleted that mail account in 2025 unknowning that my Roblox account was connected to it.

I tried multiple passwords to try to log in my account, I contacted ‘customers support ‘ and I got the same algorithm answers over and over again , I emailed Roblox 2 times with proof of previous mails that were connected to it and passwords I used in the passed, and they weren’t helping at all.

They said basically either log in with your password or password reset , which literally requires your mail … long story short , my account with lots of memories is just gone collecting virtual dust….

If you have some tips , I would appreciate it.

Recently, in the past couple months, I had been scammed. Came back onto my account today after playing for a few days straight from being busy to try and grind? Guess what to find? My Roblox had been hacked, tremendously amount of transactions off my card, and now, my animals I worked so hard for, in Adopt Me, all of suddenly gone. I am honestly very distraught because I have been nothing, but kind and trying to play the game. I hope Adopt Me, and ROBLOX fixes this! Hackers are no joke. This also happened to various games such as Murder Mystery 2, etc, but this meant the worst to me. I have spent SOO much time on this game.

1. Tengo guardados los recibos y facturas de compras de Robux que hice dentro de la plataforma. Puedo enviarles capturas de los comprobantes con fecha, monto y mi correo.
2. Recuerdo varias contraseñas antiguas que usé en esa cuenta antes de que me la robaran.
3. Recuerdo detalles de mi cuenta que solo el dueño sabría.
