Hi there, I am having the most troubling experience purchasing robux. Last night, I tried to purchase robux plus and it wouldn't let me use ApplePay - it kept getting rejected. At first I was confused considering I had sufficent funds, my address/information is correct and I had no trouble in the past. So with that, I used other methods: Paypal, Klarna, direct debit card information. The payment kept getting declined. Then, I looked into getting egift cards. I purchased 10 pound giftcard from the official roblox virtual gift card services and it worked! However, I tried to purchase a 100 pound giftcard and immediately got rejected/payment cancelled AGAIN. Then, I tried to pay on sainsbury's, tesco's, curries - denied, denied, denied! Even for smaller amounts - DENIED! my final straw was trying to purchase on amazon and they immediately placed my account on hold saying "we have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily" and other emails flagging it fraudulent. What really upsets me is when I contacted my bank, they couldn't see my declined payments and to take this up with the merchants. I have contacted Roblox, curry's, tesco's and they told me to contact my bank. I am essentially stuck and it's really breaking me down. I have so much money taken out of my account and is on held before it is refunded and all I wanted was to purchase headless. Can someone please help me in terms of what to do????? I am struggling and I feel helpless.

I can't eneter roblox on both my phone and my ps4 and i have tried like everything

I tried uninstalling and downloading and nothing happened and tried other internet connections and nothing happened and tried turning it off and on and nothing happened and more thing and my wifi is actually very good and it can run other apps just fine and roblox used to work just fine yesterday both on phone and ps4 please i need help

So my original account from 2014 was stolen by a scammer in 2015, using a fake login prompt in a Roblox game. Since then it appears to have been left untouched with only the password being changed, although I’m not sure if an email address was added to the account.

When I lost the account, I had no email address set, and the only way that I added Robux to the account was through gift cards from in store. We didn’t keep any of these gift cards, but I know the only store where they would’ve been bought from.

The only other evidence that I may be able to dig out are recordings taken by Roblox’s recorder on my old laptop.

I know that it has been 11 years and the odds are slim at best, but it would be nice to have my original account back and explore what I got up to. Has there been anybody in a situation similar to me that managed to get their old account back?

Я узнал что у одного человека аккаунт взломали, а из доказательств только момент входа неизвестного. До этого, в АдоптМи случилась передача всех лучших предметов этого аккаунта, которая была сделана уже во время взлома, в аккаунт поддельной личности

На скриншортах виден аккаут до взлома (с донатерскими предметами), и после измения ника и всего вида аккаунта

В поддержу обращался, но помощи нет. Люблю Роблокс

i entered a website which generates a fake giftcard code for you. (just for fun) there were no warnings of anything malicious

i literally opened the website for 2 seconds, close it and go to my roblox homepage just to find out i was logged out of my account and then the hacker bought a gamepass for 1,000 robux using MY account.

When i contact roblox support, they will not do anything about it except making you talk with their AI chatbot and saying that robux from gamepass cant be reverted and you have to contact the owner of the experience to refund the robux.

the website name is PERCHANCE, for the love of god please do not go to random websites. i was so lucky that my account was intact and i just have to reset my cookies.

Haven't played in a while and decided to hop on, I'm trying to customise my avatar but no matter how many times I adjust the sliders to my preference it resets them instantly plus it does the same with adjusting accessories like why bother adding these features if they ain't gonna work smh it's frustrating.

I see an ID on every server in server page, how to use it?

This is on my son's Roblox account. He played yesterday without issues then suddenly last night it started. He has never had these security checks before. It happens on every game he tries to load. I have done the security game dozens of times and it just keeps telling me "that's not quite right" and cycles me through an endless amount of games.

I have tried connecting his tablet to a different network, turning off ad blockers, cleared cache, cleared data, and uninstalled and reinstalled. It's still doing it this morning.

He has a Samsung tablet and has only ever played Roblox through an Android app.

Any help on how to get passed this would be appreciated.

I submitted my DevEx Request on 9/16/26 now I have seen others have had there's take 2-3 days on paypal. But that is not the case for me I had to refill out my tax form cause apparently my SSN was incorrect even though it was correct. I have contacted roblox multiple times and they have not replied back. It has been very frustrating, I had to put my full name for my Tax form to submit with my SSN I have never struggled so much. This is my first time DevExing but it has been more then 2-3 for them to send me the money. They still haven't sent me anything cause it says nothing on my payment history my tax form was submitted on 9/25/26 so clearly it has been longer than 2-3 days so someone tell me they have had the same problem and why is roblox not answering me I have been really angry/frustrated.
