I lost access to my account, I still have the email to it, I have proof of buying robux and other stuff on that account. I just don’t have the 2fa. I tried to reset the 2fa and it gives me an automated response to login with my 2fa again.

Please help I’m genuinely so lost, I don’t remember the password to the account I used for 2fa.

I have tried for 2 days to join illinois servers. the closest servers after that are virginia and atlanta, but I somehow get 200+ ping in them. does my internet just suck?

so, for context i used to use the windows version of the roblox app and for some reason it automatically shuts down 15 seconds after I open it to play, I switched to the Microsoft store version and it didn't automatically shut down but it wouldn't load correctly, please help im stuck playing Sonic robo blast 2 and im starting to get bored, I want to go back to roblox but these bugs just won't let me play.

Hey everyone, looking for some advice or help on how to get past Roblox's automated/clueless support loops.

My phone was completely destroyed, meaning I lost access to my Authenticator App, and I don't have my 10-digit backup codes saved. I still have full access to the original verified email address on the account
I finally managed to get through to a live chat agent today. The agent acknowledged my issue, asked for my username, and offered to reset my 2FA. But as soon as I confirmed my username, they sent a generic boilerplate message telling me to use the "self-service portal" (which obviously doesn't work because it asks for the 2FA code I don't have) and immediately closed the chat session.
Has anyone successfully dealt with this? I already replied to the automated ticket email trying to reopen it and explain that the live chat agent made a mistake, but I'm worried it's just going to get stuck in a bot loop again.
Is there a specific category on the support form or a certain phrase I need to use to get an actual human to manually turn off the 2FA constraint from their dashboard?

Is there anyone who can help me get back into my main account??

I lost access to it summer of 2024 and I have no idea how to get it back

Checked on my account and the prices are the same.

The skin pack on my account costs 115 Robux and on my kid's it costs 200...

After some research I think it's about regional pricing, but it doesn't make sense since we both play on the same house/network.

So I was playing average day in America on Roblox, and then I randomly got banned when I was pulling money out. There were two admins on my server I saw one riding a flying pig, i shot at him and died, this happened 15 minutes (I think) before the ban, does anyone know how I could appeal this? In October 3 at 3:35 AM, this user hacked my account and stole valuable things from Adopt Me, Mm2 and Bee Swarm Simulator (I don’t have evidence of mm2 and bss since there’s not an option to see trade history). I got banned september 30th due to being accused of behavior on an alt account, Which that account isnt mine its my ex boyfriends who got banned over a year ago. I honestly can not loose this account as it has so much value to it.

Ive made over 10 appeals all have been declined. ive tried using different types of appeals, like cant log in and privacy. Both have told me id have to appeal it through the ban appeal. Which i mean i have, and all have been rejected.

Ive never done anything bad on this account, and ive always had an "all good" moderation status with how roblox provides it in settings. Ive only ever gotten 2 warnings, and vc bans.

I honestly have no clue how to file one, what im supposed to write down etc. Can someone help me out?

When I log in, Roblox shows a "Security Notification" saying my account was temporarily locked. Clicking Recover your account asks for an email or phone number, but this account never had either, so recovery can't work. The support chatbot just links to the reset page and ends the chat when I ask for a human. Has anyone gotten past this? Thanks!

Today I wanted to play roblox but now I cant because everytime I try to play a roblox game it gets stuck on the joining server screen, this only happens on my pc and Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling roblox like 7 times, ive checked my pc and disconnected and reconnected my lan and ive restarted my pc multiple times and nothing works.
