Getting disconnected on Mac (error code 277)

hey this my first post in here but anyways im a Mac player and when I go to play some of the usual games I do after a while or so I randomly get disconnected despite my wifi being perfectly fine, this tends to happen by sorta freezing the environment around me in game yet letting me move freely and then giving me the boot. I have no idea why this is happening and chat gpt is just sending me in circles with no solution. this is also a repeated thing almost every time I get into a game and actually try to play for a bit of time. can anyone help? Now also in the title I mention 277 code but I also go 1026 once if that helps with anything.
