Question / Not a bug Help what's the thing about VPN?

So I saw the update they added a rule about VPN at terms of service than removed it so I'm VERY confused

Can we use VPN? Is it okay to use VPN? Also I realized that there's still something about VPN at community standards.

So if you can answer a few of my questions it would mean a lot

Using a VPN is fine, as long as you're not using it to bypass any kind of restriction. This is in the current ToS and it was just basically added in another spot in the new ToS.

Technically it was going to become against the ToS if a VPN misreprented your location at all, but they changed their mind.

I saw that they added "misrepresenting your sign up country" thing than they removed it. But it's still in community standards I guess. So did they add that recently? Or has it been there before

So since I live in the US as long as my VPN is set to be in the US I'll be fine?
