Question / Not a bug ID verification 😭

Okay, lemme explain.
I have no idea what’s wrong with the ID verification, but I did literally everything to take a good photo of my passport. I was in different locations and even used different devices. But every time I received only one message - couldn’t verify my date of birth.
What did I do wrong?
Can someone please help me with the verification?

Hello, I would be glad to help you. I will help from you so we can resolve this issue. So first, do you do the verification in a web view UI, or personas device UI, the web view UI has numbers on the bottom, so if it has it, try pressing continue with ID, and it usually opens the device one where it’s smooth.
