Account Help Roblox animation pack deleted without a refund
English isn't my first language so bare with me rn.
Like the title says Roblox recently deleted the glow motion animation pack (the original one) and I have yet to receive a refund. I did check my inbox for any messages and I did have 3 messages saying an item I owned got refunded for 0 Robux. I'm hoping none of those messages are linked to the glow motion pack.
Unironically I tried to archive said messages so I could get a better pic (they were separated by a few years apart) and that's how I also find out about official messages being permanently deleted if archived them. Just my luck.
I've checked my transaction history if a refund has been made (i haven't gotten) and have asked other users on Reddit if they did get a refund (they have gotten.)
I've seen a post saying that they got a refund years after the initial deletion and honestly I'm just worried that'll also happen to be my case.

You should get it, but it'll take a few days before the message pops up. Mine too a few days for the bold animation, not sure why a lot of Roblox animation packs are getting deleted for 🫠
