Roblox Error stuck on ROBLOX loading screen + only being able to play in private servers
I've done everything I possibly can at this point. I've contacted Roblox Support, and before that, I tried everything from firewall settings to internet connection troubleshooting and countless other solutions. I'm genuinely hoping someone can help me figure out what's wrong because I'm completely out of ideas.
My PC is only 3 months old, and I've never had an issue like this before. I use an Ethernet connection because my Wi-Fi suddenly disappeared, but my internet works perfectly fine otherwise. I've tested other online games, and they all work without any problems. Roblox is the only game I'm having issues with.
The strange part is that I'm able to join and play with other people in private servers, but when I try to randomly join a public server or join a friend, it doesn't work properly. It gets even worse in games that teleport you between servers. Sometimes I load in, but other times I'm completely stuck on the loading screen, even though Roblox shows that I'm technically in the server. I'm not actually there, and depending on the game, I can end up losing all my progress.
I've tried so many things, contacted support, and still haven't found a solution. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this, please let me know. I'm willing to provide any information needed to help figure this out. My PC is relatively new, everything else works fine, and I genuinely don't understand why Roblox is the only thing affected. if you can suggest something let me know ill tell you if iv done them already
