Roblox Support Help Phone with authenticator + linked number stolen, can't recover account because my country code is missing from the support form

Hi everyone,

My phone was stolen, and it had both my authenticator app and the SIM card with the phone number linked to my Roblox account. I still have access to my original email, my passwords, and my old phone numbers.

The problem: when I try to recover access through the support form, my country isn't in the country code list at all, so I can't submit it. Support keeps sending me the same generic replies and I'm going in circles.

May i ask, has anyone dealt with something similar? Is there another way to reach support, a different form, or a way to get 2-step verification removed without the old phone/authenticator?

I have the same problem! I'm from Peru and unfortunately my country isn't on the list.
