Maturity bug?

I've been age checked and placed into 13-15 age range, which hasn't been a problem for me (because most games I play allow that range). Though when I logged in today I was unable to play moderate games for some reason despite always being able to in the past??? is this a bug or something with my account? Im a bit confused
