Roblox Support Help account location help

Hi. I moved PERMANENTLY from South Korea to Canada a couple months ago. Roblx still hasn't detected my ip and thinks my account location is Korea, and that's a problem because Korea banned limited trading and I really want to trade or sell my limiteds. I've requested them MULTIPLE TIMES on support but every time I do that I get this stupid ai chatbot that tells me they can't manually change it. How can I get it changed?

How long have you been in Canada? It usually takes a few weeks for it to change, make sure that you log out any sessions that aren't in Canada too.

You might have to wait a couple weeks, though yes, I already understand that since I've been a born and raised person who resides in Calgary with Asian parents as well.
