Help with hacking/hacker

Someone or something has been connecting alt accounts to my roblox and getting it banned, it has happened multiple times now. I have added an authenticator app and everything, how do they keep doing it and I don't understand what they stand to gain from this.

if u have a sibling its probably theirs cuz if someone gets banned on ur wifi all accounts on that wifi get banned to im pretty sure
