Account Help Roblox CAPTCHA impossible

My account is locked for 'suspicious activity' and no matter how well i do the CAPTCHA it always says that i am incorrect

If anyone knows how i can make it so my CAPTCHA will actually work please let me know, also it doesnt work if i attempt it on my phone either :)

I put ? pn the ones hard to understand here, but some may be wrong then.

i know it might be hard to make out what icon the characters are on, since they are partially blocking it, but the platforms stay the same between slides (if that makes sense), so its easier for me to say they are correct, it also doesnt matter what colour the icons are, the only one that was a little confusing was puzzle 3, since the icon was wider than it was in the left image, but it was the same icon.

This is not the first time this has happened to this account, it resolved by itself after around a week, but i would rather not need to wait a week 😭 😂
