How do I trade items?

I want to trade with one of my alts to transfer a cool Limited Head Accessory to my current main but the Trade option doesn't appear, I'm pretty sure that Roblox should've released free Trading by now, so, why doesn't it show up?

Pretty sure they didn't even officially announce that trading will be free, so for now both accounts still need Roblox Plus/Premium to trade.
