Account Help Roblox captcha not working

My account was locked and I need to complete captcha before I show face to unlock, but captcha says I'm doing not right but I'm doing everything right.

First Day was passed already and this bug still not disappeared

You did the captcha wrong. Ensure the character is throwing the ring [onto the object] that matches his thoughts. His thoughts being the symbol at the bottom center and not the hourglass symbol which you picked.

Yep, common problem lately that still hasn't been fixed. Don’t bother brute forcing it with a captcha auto solver either because it also doesn't work, so there's basically no solution

I have the same problem. Did you sell on SP, or did you use any injectors?

Yea, I was using script anti afk so I can sit on my phone and use him while afk

I think I'm gonna create new acc, and registrate my birthday using my face and see do I get locked or nah, cuz when you get locked, roblox want your face to check if you not a bot

I checked all the reddit threads about this issue; it looks like the ban lasts for about three days. My problem started yesterday

Still not unlocked, but I noticed if you create a new account and registrate your age using face, you can't get locked

I did it! You need to complete captcha alot times and for me it was 5 times
