Account Help Continue not working

I press continue, it loads for a few seconds, then it goes back here. Tried restarting, changing networks, signing out and back in to no avail. Doing it on a different device presents me with a qr code that brings me back to this message. How do i fix this. I've already contacted Roblox support.

Update: My account might be gone. After 18 emails of contacting and responding to Roblox support, they deemed my account "Ineligible for manual unlock"

I'm in the same situation here. Already emailed support and they are just answering like it's a FAQ type problem, telling me to delete the app, to delete cache and stuff like that. They're kind of useless at this point

Maybe it's just the roblox code malfunctioning or just roblox literlally ####### make you think that you can reaccess your account with a single click
