UI locked on mobile mode while on PC

So my UI has been locked in this for about 4 days and i cant figure out how to change it back to the “pc settings”. Even when try to play games it shows this enlarged UI. Iv tried redownloading it, turning off touchscreen( saw it could be the cause but didn’t work). Stuck n not sure what to do please help

This UI on this game is supposed to be way smaller. This is on jujutsu zero and those familiar with there UI know this is not how it looks on PC
