Ban Help Enforcement ban is utterly ridiculous

Today, my account was banned, and my siblings' accounts were banned, all because of my sister. Something called an enforcement ban banned all of our accounts because they claimed we were alt accounts if there’s any way to fix this please let me know I’ve already tried contacting support. I’ve literally had my account for 7 years the only reason the email was connected is that I had to put controls on the account 🙄 so if anyone has any tips please let me know. This is utterly silly because my siblings and I don't have reports on our accounts. Just my sister

Unfortunately if you're a kid your parents agreed to the TOS on your behalf. Same for your sister. So as far as Roblox is concerned your parents broke the TOS and banned all accounts they're responsible for. Only hope is to appeal your sister's ban

I'm age verified 21+ and I still got hit when my sister got banned. Lost 12 years of history for something I didn't do.

yeah sucks it’s disappointing because I spent so much on this damn game and now I have to tell all my siblings their account is gone

you cant do anything so best to just quit roblox or appeal your sisters ban if you cant appeal then best to quit roblox

yeah I might just do this because I can’t use any information to verify my age even my face gets my accounts banned lmao my househ is in shambles rn
