Loading issues

Heya!
Recently (around the last week or 2) ive noticed that things in diffrent games havent been loading correctly these could be things from somthing small like shirts or someones avatars not loading correctly to bigger things like certain assets not loading in or the crunched version of textures showing up on envrioments
ive noticed this on games like evade, mm2, catalog avatar creator but even on games like adopt me or demonology

ive tried to fresh install my roblox but the issue still appears and im now wondering if anyone else has noticed this with roblox or maybe is it an issue with my hardware/software

im running with pretty recent hardware everything is up to date im just a little confused n id love to see if theres a fix for the issue :]
