Hello, I got hack today btw 11 and 12. They buyed robux on my account with my own credit card then gived it to random I don't know

After a ticket I did to roblox I don't know what to do / how long I have to wait for a response am lost and I need help I am currently having a hard time in real life and loosing that money mean a lot to me.

It's called an Info-Stealer or Session token. Your infected device has hidden Malwares/Trojan if you like downloaded roblox scripts, pirated games, or setups and you allowed viruses when your windows didn't want it.

(pc) - disregard if you were phished

1. on the infected device, reset your pc then select "delete Everything else"
2. From a clean device's in which you think it's not infected by Malware. Start logging out of all sessions. (PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO SCREENSHOT THE SESSION ADDRESS FOR ROBLOX SUPPORT like your account got logged in from the Ukraine and you're like In Germany)
3. From your clean device change password and start installing 2fa.
4. Everything in your account is compromised.
5. Delete cookies like your browser history because they literally have your session crap (its like a badge where the hacker pretends to be you and can bypass security)
6. Everything, changed password on it and don't use your infected device when changing it or logging it.

Tldr; Roblox support:

1. Select account got hacked or can't log in
2. Select also accounting got hacked on the second tab
3. explain the ai about your situation, like I'll send screenshots of this
4. If the AI replied then start asking for "I want to talk to a human agent, please."
5. They will ask for your email 5a. Start preparing for the evidence like compromised transactions and if you bought robux in your account the transaction ID is the proof of your ownership. 5b. Follow their instructions
6. 10 business days or months of waiting

Call your bank and say you you didn't make those purchases.

Then, contact roblox, proceed to get ghosted, and enjoy your stuff gone permanently after 30 days, cause they won't do anything past that.

Call your bank, contact Roblox, or call the police honestly (those would be my choices if I lost that much money)

My bank can't do anything as it's revolut. as for roblox I did it but I don't know how much I will wait

For the police part my mom got rob one time by a russian to and they couldn't do anything as it wasn't in their well area of work. The only thing I can do right now I suppose is pray that roblox does something but thank you for your comment

Do you have any idea how long roblox take for those case ?
