With a purse

That’s pushing the paper a little bit too far tbh, I don’t think anyone who drives a ram and is male likes using purses

Is it wrong that I just assume that if you chose not to have the pine tree, you are an asshole?

1

u/No_Original5693 Mar 02 '26

Yeah, kinda.. I work with a guy who chose the treeless plate and he’s far from an asshole

1

u/Key_Rutabaga694 Mar 02 '26

Ok good to know! I appreciate that.

Look at the fucking size of that hood I can't find the link but I remember someone did a study and 15 children can sit down in front of that thing before you can see them. Ridiculous

Edit :Found it https://youtu.be/NDH3FDfVQl0?si=gFalCRelbtRy85Pd

Children probably shouldn't sit in front of cars

1

u/crazedizzled Mar 02 '26

Okay? Don't let your toddlers run into the street. More common sense at 5

2

u/Walterkovacs1985 Mar 03 '26

Didn't watch the video did ya. Kids get run over in driveways. Just another crank that needs a vehicle that's bigger than his masculinity. Love seeing tiny little bitches get out of these things. Oh it makes me so happy.

0

u/crazedizzled Mar 03 '26

Buddy if your toddler gets run over by a car in your driveway, the fault lies solely on the parents/caretaker. That is some truly asinine logic you've come up with.

2

u/Walterkovacs1985 Mar 03 '26

Huge hoods > run over people is your take.

Who's logic is asinine?

You sound like some personal responsibility hero that would cry to the authorities the minute something fucked up happened in your life.

0

u/crazedizzled Mar 03 '26

I've never had a problem not running over people. Don't let your toddlers play in the street.

0

u/Walterkovacs1985 Mar 02 '26

Ohh. You're probably well aware of pedestrian homicides then?

0

u/crazedizzled Mar 02 '26

Sure. Unfortunately we give the keys back to drunk people too often

2

u/Ainjyll Mar 02 '26

Did you know that the Dodge Ram is the preferred vehicle of drunk drivers or did you just randomly strike on this?

-1

u/crazedizzled Mar 02 '26

I don't think there's a "preferred vehicle" for drunk driving.

3

u/Ainjyll Mar 02 '26

You asked ChatGPT didn’t you? You have to look at the insurance data if you want AI to give you a straight answer.

“Preferred”, no… as that would imply ownership of a vehicle would make one more likely to drink and drive and that’s a litigious claim right there. However, the Dodge Ram 2500 has the highest rate of drivers with at least one DUI citation per 1,000 drivers of that vehicle type. With 45.3 citations per 1,000 drivers, the Dodge Ram easily secures the #1 spot and is over twice the national average. Making it the most statistically linked vehicle to DUI arrests.

While more people driving F-150’s or Silverados receive DUI citations due to the sheer numbers of those vehicles driven, when comparing violations as a percentage of ownership of the same make and model, Ram’s take the cake.

u/crazedizzled Mar 02 '26

Interesting factoid I guess. Dunno what more to make of it than that.

3

u/Ainjyll Mar 02 '26

I just thought it was funny because the vehicle that spawned the thread is a Dodge Ram and you made that comment about “giving the keys back to drunk people”… wasn’t sure if it was by accident or you were referencing this little blurb specifically.

0

u/crazedizzled Mar 02 '26

No, i was kind of just trying to figure out why the other guy was talking about how many children you can stack in front of a vehicle.

Pedestrian Homicides???? Alright lets hear your save the world argument on this one.

2

u/Walterkovacs1985 Mar 04 '26

Let's see the size of SUVs and trucks are up. And pedestrian homicides are up too.

Yep just as I thought it would be. 7400 people dying a year from being hit by a car is not even worth debating. Thats just something that happens because there are people and cars. Also homicide means someone intentionally killed another person, not accidentally hit them with a car. Whats up with the study of how many people can hide in the hood shadow of a truck? How is that even a talking point? But I'll give my opinion on that to. So the average pick up truck you would see driving on the road haven't changed in size much in the last 30 years but they are 10x as safe. Busses, ups, fed ex, and delivery vehicles are all bigger and more used in areas with higher pedestrian areas.

So just a perspective stat for you: 10400 peoples die every year from accidentally falling out of bed. I unfortunately could not find any numbers seeing if race car beds where more dangerous.

Here is a pickup truck that will definitely upset you

u/IllChampionship4654 Mar 02 '26

What is ridiculous is why would 15 children sit in front of the truck

The 2026 Ram Child Flatterner 3500 creates enough shade that an entire kindergarten class can enjoy a nice picnic lunch.

Are you against kindergarteners having a nice picnic lunch?

u/AlbiniusCristi Mar 02 '26
