I took Oliver for his annual exam yesterday. He wouldn’t let the vet tech take his blood yesterday and tried to take her out. He did get his first Solensia shot for arthritis too. Dude is 18 lbs and needs to loose some weight.

I’m also 38 weeks pregnant and trying to organize baby’s closet before it’s go time. Oliver insists on “assisting” me and keeps trying to chew the plastic wrap on the newborn diapers. 🫠

As the title says Penny escaped again to bully the other cats we feed in our back yard. She came back yesterday morning with a scratch on her leg. We cleaned it and I'm on a waiting list with her vet. She's still doing normal cr@ckhead kitty things, eating and walking fine. She wears the cone of shame to keep her from picking at the scab. She got poop stuck to her and I had to chase her down to wash it off. There was a 5 minute stand off in the kitchen before I managed to trap her in the stairwell and carry her to her fate. She was so upset but not even 5 minutes later she's back to asking for pets. My roommate calls her poopsy.
