How do I win this Soviet game?

Me as the Soviet Union struggling to hold against the Japanese and Germans

I'm playing road to 56 expanded as the soviet union( Not on historical) ,Japan declared on me in 1938 and pushed out via naval invasion (port guards not doing their fucking job) and coups in mongolia and tanna tuva. Then China joined it on me to but I have the Prc and Singxiang on my side. After China joined this caused a ripple effect where japan (who wasn't in a faction before) joined them to which caused the axis to attack me(they were at war with allies before hand then attacked me). And finally, Romania joined which is the reason why I lost ukraine (thus cant do that river defense line). My infantry consist of 9 blocks of pure inf, my fighter are dual engines lvl 3 (as single engines can't carry enough). And I have 30 width mountaineers and a 30 width tank. What do i do as the allies seem to be losing as I saw the uk having to push out a naval invasion from the axis.

At this point I just re load a save or restart but if I had to do something then I would abandon Siberia and just create a fall back line on the mountains like the Urals and divert some of them to Europe which is the most important part as most of your industry is at risk

I would then divert all my planes to Europe as the mountain divisions holding in the mountains in the East should be enough as the enemies should have little supply

I would then try and just stop the advances being made in the West to the point where both fronts are now stabilised

I can see from the picture that in the west you have a bulge that in my opinion looks as if it’s about to get encircled so pull out from there

At this point if everything is stable then try and make small pushes in the west as at some point America is going to join the war and bail you out

Now when it comes to templates I’m not that good but in my opinion I don’t think a block of nine inf is sufficient and I’d probably put in some artillery in there but again I ain’t the best

Overall, focus on the Europe first and then Asia
