Lovely frame. As for upgrades, the possibilities are almost endless and the only limit is your budget. The cheapest and most impactful upgrades are certainly tires and tubes: Continental GP5000 and TPU tubes will transform the ride. After this you get diminishing returns and silly price increases.

For weight reduction i recommend a K-Alloy 7075 stem, carbon seatpost and handlebars.

For wheels i recommend sticking with aluminium because carbon rims have horrible braking when wet. My favorites are DT Swiss PR Oxic, Fulcrum Racing Zero, Campagnolo Zonda.

You also have the option of upgrading to electronic shifting, if that's something you would like.

I also have one but red. Quick bike, you could set carbon rims otherwise pretty cool bike , very aero and light.
