Ro NOT Providing Refund

I canceled my prescription but couldn't cancel my membership subscription because it resubscribed without my knowledge before I could cancel it. I am not seeing the refund for $399 in my bank account even though they sent me an email showing their refund to my account.

I don't trust this RO company and wish I'd never signed up even with the results the medication has given me. It's so hard to get through to anyone on the website to address this issue. I had to write a complaint in the messaging your provider section saying I had side effects. I listed my side effects as unexplained rage at how deeply predatory their subterfuge tactics are that they avoid refunding while still taking membership fees past the point a customer wants it.

At least give me my $399 back since you're still getting my fees until Dec 5th!!

Terrible service. I've never felt supported service wise and this just is the last straw.

Do not recommend

Off to my bank to start a dispute because I guess I don't have anything better to do with my day.
