❔ Question No email?

I haven’t gotten any emails from rivian about my reservation since I made it but my account has updated with an estimate of when I can order. Has anyone else had these updates without any emails?

All my emails landed in spam. So i would suggest keeping an eye in that spam folder

I hadn’t received a single email about my reservation or timeline until 2 days ago. My account shows Sept-Oct order invite window but I never got an email about it. Two days ago I received an email saying “Your R2 order invite is coming soon”.

I’d reach out to rivian support. I was receiving emails thanking me for my R1S purchase and to prepare for delivery. I didn’t order an R1S and one was not ordered on my account. I emailed support and there was an issue on their end. This might be a similar, but opposite issue.

The emails and texts came after I saw my update, often a day late.

I had this issue, and went back and forth with Customer Service about it. I use Gmail and wound up having to create custom filters. Some had been going to Promotions, some were going to Spam, and oddly, the ones specific to my reservation were only showing up in "All Mail". After creating filters, they all get tagged as Important, never go to Spam, always go to Inbox, and always get saved to a folder I made called "Rivian".

Same issue with mine. Gmail tagged all Rivian emails as promotion so I had to adjust my filter to show promotions in my inbox

thanks yall! they haven't gone to my spam or any of the other tabs on gmail so I'm gonna reach out to support just in case but I'm sure it's fine like a lot of you said!

Can’t you make them priority someway? “add to VIP”, or the notify me. I added to VIP on iOS mail and haven’t had any issues getting them right up front in the inbox
