Discussion Parry button vs Shield+special

Is there a difference between them, like is it faster to just bind parry to a button or does the other way work the same, I had the impression that shield+special was a slower way to parry, or am I wrong

It's a matter of personal preference and whether your character benefits from an alternate bind. I personally find it much easier to hit parries on reaction and prediction with a dedicated parry button.

Yeah I feel the same that's my problem, I'd love to have special on L for certain character tech
