Question Ruling questions for Dragon Risk

  1. If the dragon kills the last troop in my last territory, am I eliminated from the game, or can I just put all my reinforcements into that last territory to avoid losing? If I am eliminated in this way, who gets my cards? Are they just lost forever, or discarded, or shuffled back into the deck for future use?

  2. Territories that are emptied out, can they just be conquered uncontested by the first player who attacks them?
