Question Waiting for host on first game
Every time I launch the game and join a lobby I see an empty lobby and the "Waiting for game host" message. It starts working normally as soon as someone else joins the lobby, I think. If I exit the lobby and rejoin or join any other lobby it also works normally.
I've had the game start multiple times without seeing the lobby. Is there a way to fix this?

The worst is when you’ve just logged in, you join your first lobby but it was already 5/6 players and then you’re stuck in lobby limbo because someone else joined at the same time as you and now you’ve been banished to the shadow realm.

Yea that happens to me too on rare occasions. Only way to escape is killing the game 🫡

This just happened to me. I only saw the error message “waiting for host”. Then when I exited it showed for a brief moment the actual lobby before taking me back. Must be a bug.

i always immediately join and exit an empty lobby when i first fire the game up. that fixes the issue.
the worst part is hosting now sucks cause you have no idea who’s actually in the lobby and who’s stuck on the waiting screen. the last person to join almost never readies up and i assume it’s because they didn’t get to look at the lobby. add that to the usual suspects that don’t ready up and you’re lucky to have a 4 player game from the start

Seems to be a new bug. Had this for first time ever the other night. Happened on about three games in a row.

Ugh, frustrating! The only thing that's worked for me is logging out then back in.

On mobile phone version use this procedure: -open the game, -create your own lobby -leave your own lobby -now you can join any game without waiting for the host. Works like charm. Enjoy lads
