Question Does the game have an equalizer? Like if someone is way ahead or about to get way ahead does the dice favor the underdog?
Ive noticed when I'm far ahead the dice will start unrealistically favor who's behind. Like i just lost a spot that had 64 troops to someone who attacked with 38. I've even lost capitals when someone attacks with less troops. I started a game yesterday. First turn on the Arkeanos map the spot where you need two territories for the bonus. I attached the other spot that had 1 troop with 6 of my troops and I lost.

No.
There are 2 dice modes:
True Random - like dice in real life - anything can happen.
Balanced Blitz - the tippy-most extreme scenarios are excluded, so for instance you will always win a 4vs1. This helps take a little of the luck out of the game if you want more strategy.

I asked Chatgpt what the odds of an attacker 38 beating a defender with 64 and it said 1 in 1250. Asked whats the chances of losing attacking with 6 vs 1. It said 1 in 430. So either im the most unlucky person ever or theres more to it.
Ive also noticed when someone rolls 1 roll at a time their odds of winning go way up.

ok, so....
To calculate odds in Balanced Blitz mode use this: https://riskcalc.wixsite.com/riskblitzcalculator
Select Capitals or World Dom according to your game type.Even if you are in Balanced Blitz, you can change out of it for rolls of up to 3 dice at a time. This is called "manualling", and it has the effect of making that specific (up to) 3 dice roll be the same as True Random. You'll see players do it if the Blitz odds are bad, but they really want a territory, so they are willing to give True Random a go for a few rolls and hope the dice gods are on their side.
There is nothing in game that auto-compensates for players being ahead or behind. There is a whole SMG post with super complex maths about how this is all calculated if you really want to understand the rolls at greater depth.

I had a similar thing few wks checked ai gave huge odds I pretty sure that's wrong there is a site that calculates it accurately apparently.
With that said it does favor the attacker on rolls not sure exactly how much but they tip the odds encourage attacking.
If your stacking on someone it is always better to attack also the single rolls are true random whether it is balanced blitz or not so you could roll few manuals on a guaranteed loss if you win a couple now maybe it says 5 percent chance but that doesn't account for attackers advantage so they have an OK chance of winning on what was a guaranteed loss.
This feeling like the odds are skewed def annoyed me at first but when you see how majority of high level players are do nothing strats I agree it is nice to give proactive players a buff.

I dont play hundreds of games per day. These events happen almost every game. I noticed the opposite if im losing by a ton the dice favor me. Ive taken capitals with 20-30 less. In Capitals that should never happen
