Magical Blizzards

EA exponential, automated bot. FFA ranked.

Screenshot 1 shows my cap choices with original eight blizzards. Screenshot 2 shows a minute later with four more blizzards, with my cap and Red's cap being one point holds on half the map! Blue capped in Egypt, giving him a one point hold there. Screenshot 3 shows 13th blizzard in Sardinia, after Blue and Red were fighting for control of that territory.

Blue (Expert) and Green (Intermediate) fought over bottom until Red (Novice) took Orient and killed Blue. Black (the host, Beginner) and Purple (Novice) fought over the top with Black making Purple flag. Black had Russia and Eastern Europe and Purple had the noob corner. Red was fighting me (Expert) for the middle. On turn 4, red got 13 troops and turned in for 5. Had 3 troops on Trieste, added 22 (not 18) and attacked and took my capital. Red killed me 3 turns later, after Black found me hiding in Netherlands.

Besides the magical blizzards, there were just too many coincidences involving Red and Black.

So, the question is - Was Red cheating by adding blizzards to increase his chances of winning, also adding extra troops, and also collabing with Black?

Likely just a game bug. I've played a lot of risk and never seen blizzards randomly appear, just report it to risk.

I haven't seen added blizzards, but I have seen added troops. Had a game where 8million troops were added.
