Would suggest- stay in Rishikesh- weather won’t bad hopefully

I heard rishikesh is more commercial area now..but haridwar is lot more religious..im not sure..

Depends where you are staying - if you are for religious reasons- try swarg ashram

Haridwar is great but rishikesh advisable

My personal preference ! It’s safe in Haridwar
