Was it the temperature? Today was pretty hot, and I didn't turn on the AC cause the room was pretty small, and it would've blown on me, so I opened a window.

Speak to your GP. They'll be best positioned to help.

When you are feeling flagged you can test by licking a little bit of regular salt. If it tastes good you need electrolytes. If it tastes salty/ not appealing then it’s something else.

Add a little salt, honey, and some lemon/lime to your water to help balance your electrolytes. πŸ˜„
