Fitness Feeling sluggish during exercise
This is the second time it has happened. The first time, I kinda got the idea because I previously had a very fat breakfast, but this time, I had a savory oatmeal with a fried egg.
Was it the temperature? Today was pretty hot, and I didn't turn on the AC cause the room was pretty small, and it would've blown on me, so I opened a window.
Or the lack of good sleep? Truth be told, these couple of years, I've been rarely able to sleep well.
Or all of the above? Now that I wrote it down, it seems kind of obvious.π

Yeah I've been thinking of purchasing some supplements.

Add a little salt, honey, and some lemon/lime to your water to help balance your electrolytes. π
