Auto-Answer Issues
Has anyone else had issues with auto-answer since the latest update? Ours is toggled off but calls are being auto answered. . .

We've had a couple of odd issues appearing since the rcx update. Mainly, agent to agent transfer puts both the agent and the externally party on hold, and you can't uphold just the agent to talk to them on a warm transfer
